At VellaVittaStore, we only accept returns for exchanges or store credit within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unblemished, unwashed, with all original tags, protectors, and packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
If you wish to make an exchange or receive store credit, simply send the item(s) back within 6 days of delivery, along with a duly completed form.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credit will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue. Sale or promotional items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
